analysis three poems

1. The everyday enchantment of music
This poem convey readers to be optimist.
Figurative language :
personification: tears of the sea fell from the Bridge of Sighs
Author believes rough sounds can be think as smoother sounds. Also menacing could be music. Which want readers know to think optimist to something that is not what you like.

2.The Red WHEELbarrow
It has four stanza. Each on them the last sentences only have one word that be the noun of the previous sentences.
The theme of the poem is the first stanza which is" So much depends upon" Which tells readers there are lots of objects that you do not pay a lot tension that may helps you. In another word, the author wants readers to pay more attention on life details.

3.Boy and Egg
The poem talks about a boy who is forgettable and self closing
By using the words "pressed""laughed""leaving""brushed" vivd shows how self closing and bully by others. By telling this story, the author want to convey readers stop bullying others.

monologue reflection

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdsSp7FN8Vc&feature=youtu.be I did well on remember the main idea of the monologue and almost has not cease during presentation. I still need to work more about not repeat the words twice if I am not sure how to pronounce that word in that moment. Other's performances had a lot of emotions and their performances are fluent, almost have not cease during presentation. We need to work on more not to be nervous when performance in front of class.

Play review of Mamma Mia The play is called Mamma Mia and the author is Catherine Johnson. I view it at Feb 28/2020 in Little Black Box Theater. The director is called Mrs. Guarino. The overall plot of the play is a girl is about to marry. But she wants to invite his dad to attend her wedding. However, she has three possible dad. As a result, she brings all three dads come to wedding. At wedding, one of three dad become the official dad of the girl, but that girl no longer wants to marry. Then they start wedding for girl's mom and dad. There are something that the author especially highlight. First scene is when the girl invite all three fathers. Second is her mom meets all three fathers. Third is all three fathers attention the wedding. The reason that the author emphasized these scene is because it helps to push the plot.
